September Construction Start at Justus Pointe

Bruno Homes is poised to start construction in September on Phase I of Justus Pointe, a community of 16 townhouse and 16 garden-style condominiums located at Justus Post Road and Milbridge Drive off Chesterfield Parkway in Chesterfield Village.

S. Richards Bruno, who founded the Clayton-based concern in 1981 and who in recent years has built scores of upscale homes and condominiums in Clayton, Ladue, Frontenac and University City, projects that initial purchasers will be moving into their homes by spring 2007.

"Chesterfield Village, much like Clayton, possesses the economic vitality and energy on the street that we are looking for in our multi-family communities," he said. Justus Pointe features a selection of single- and multi-level floor plans containing two or three bedrooms and two or two and one-half bathrooms with 1,300 to 2,000 square feet of living space. Each home comes with its own two-car garage.

Residents also have access to a swimming pool and clubhouse. A community association will handle grounds maintenance year-round.
