Roof on at Justus Pointe Condominiums in Chesterfield Village

Bruno Homes announces that Justus Pointe, its new condominium community in Chesterfield Village, is now under roof. The two-story building will contain single and multi-level residences when move-in begins this summer.

S. Richards Bruno, president of the Clayton-based home builder, said the pre-completion response to the development has exceeded his expectations.

"We already have four pre-sales in our first building and other parties interested in units in building two, so we're quite satisfied," Bruno said.

Justus Pointe features 16 townhouse and 16 garden-style condominiums located at Justus Post Road and Milbridge Drive off Chesterfield Parkway.

Floor plans contain two or three bedrooms and two or two and one-half bathrooms with 1,300 to 2,000 square feet of living space. Each home comes with its own two car garage. All homes will have 9-foot ceilings on the first floor, a full complement of premium Maytag stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring, six-panel doors with colonial trim, and a host of energy saving features.

Residents also have access to a swimming pool and clubhouse. A community association will handle grounds maintenance year-round.

For a limited time, pre-opening prices are available. Two-bedroom garden homes in the classically designed buildings are now priced from $259,900, while town homes are priced from $372,400.
